PLEASE READ AND BE
AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING
Our annual curriculum is based on a 45 week program
which is divided into five 9-week sessions. Payment in full for a 9-week session MUST be
received by the PRIORITY DUE DATE (PDD) before each session; otherwise, the
student’s spot in the previous session will become available immediately at the start of
business the following day! THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO
THIS POLICY!!! The PDD does not apply to the first or summer 9 week session as student
placement in a class is based solely on space availability. You will find a chart to the
left listing the charges per session depending on the length of the student’s class as well as
the discounts available for multiple classes.
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE annual
administration fee due at the time of registration to assure the student’s spot in class.
Beginning with the first 9 weeks, the administration fee is $30.00 for the first student and
$10 for each additional student, not to exceed $50 per family. The administration fee is
reduced $6 each 9 week session. Please refer to the chart on the left hand side. This fee
defrays administrative expenses including software fees, insurance and other
administrative costs. Note that this fee ONLY covers your immediate family and is only paid
ONCE during the gym’s current fiscal year.
The fee schedule to the left does not reflect a
multi-class/child discount. Only ONE tuition in your family is full price. The lesser
tuition classes will be discounted. Please see the schedule for specific amounts.
If class is missed and you wish to have the student make up
the class, it is the parent’s responsibility to schedule a make-up class. ONLY 2 MAKEUPS
PER 9 WEEK SESSION ARE ALLOWED!!! Missed classes ARE NOT prorated! In addition, any missed class MUST be made up within the session in which the
absence occurred. Make-ups can not be carried over into the next session. ONCE
AGAIN, THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF TWO MAKE-UPS PER SESSION!!!
In scheduling our classes, we take into account national holidays. We
are generally closed on the major holidays and breaks that Wake County Public Schools
observe with the exception of teacher workdays and spring break. We will always have a
voice mail message if we will be open/closed on a holiday or in the case of inclement
weather. Please call if you have any questions regarding a closing. ***In the first nine weeks Monday students will be allowed to make up a Holiday closing,
Labor Day, without the absence counting as one of the 2 allowed absences!***
Children are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing.
Students may wear leotards, but shorts and a T-shirt are acceptable as well. Hair needs to be pulled back. NO gum, food, drinks, or jewelry is allowed in the gym. |
